There are plenty of free personality assessments but this tool has proven extra useful. My company has used this for our last 4 hires and it has been great. You get a worksheet that talks through how YOUR personality and YOUR employee or team members personality can best work together. Things to look for and things to avoid etc. You can pair any two members of your team to do the same. Very useful.
