We provide an online personality assessment form that is compatible with the Google Chrome browser using the free Chromevox screen reader extension.

A DISC personality assessment can help you understand yourself and others better. The assessment is not a test that you can pass or fail. There are no right or wrong answers. It is just a questionnaire with selections that you will make about yourself.

Our online personality assessments start at only $12.95 per person for the 6-page report version. We also have 30-page report and 50-page report versions which provide more feedback. All versions use the same online questionnaire form. The only difference in the versions is the amount of feedback. The assessments and reports are available in English.
